After our family member suffered 2 debilitating strokes within 2 months, we were devastated when she received the diagnosis of terminal pancreatic cancer. Her doctor’s advice was to take her home and make her comfortable.

That is when we were introduced to the wonderful staff of Heritage Hospice. From the intake personnel to the chaplain, case workers, RN’s and aids, we knew she was in good hands. By the time we arrived home from the hospital the needed equipment had been delivered and set up. It was indeed a blessing to have these caring, loving and competent people tending to our loved one. Hospice work is definitely a calling and these were some of the best.

When we knew my Daddy’s days here were numbered, I immediately called Heritage Home Health & Hospice (HHHH). The representative who came to his house was so knowledgeable and caring.  He patiently explained what hospice care entailed, how they could help him and answered all of Daddy’s questions. Everyone at HHHH were kind, respectful, and gave Daddy loving care. They were wonderful at keeping us informed on his care and what we should expect. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

I have been with several different family members until they took their last breath, and I can honestly say I have never ever seen the love and compassion that the Heritage team showed my dad. You don’t meet many people this day and time who treat other’s loved ones like their very own, but y’all’s team was the BEST all the way around! Thanks again for the services that were provided.
